While not all collectors are investors, we all like to think our collections will appreciate in value. It is therefore important that when we buy an "UNC" or "VG" note that they are in fact those grades. A low price for an UNC note is a bad buy if it in fact only grades AU. Our customers have come to rely on us for conservative grading and our reputation is our most important asset.

Olmstead Currency is physically located in St. Stephen, New Brunswick, Canada. We are on the border with Calais, Maine, USA and have the advantage of shipping and receiving at post offices in both countries. Our US customers are serviced daily from Calais, Maine and that means an average 2-3 day mailing time to us or from us. Canadian and international customers are serviced daily from St. Stephen NB, Canada. It gives us a great service advantage and eliminates most customs inconveniences.

We encourage email as the most efficient means of communication, followed by fax or phone and then mail.
